Event chef Margareta Wollinger invites you on a culinary journey through the Mühlviertel in 10 courses.The July 17th date unfortunately has to be cancelled – the event will be postponed to September 18th. We wish you bon appétit!Dining Table Seminar – what is it?Dining table seminars at mük inspire discovery, tasting, and re-cooking. From time to time, the small gallery in the creative house in Samtgasse in Freistadt transforms into a pop-up restaurant where event chef Margareta Wollinger invites guests to dine.Dining table seminars each have a specific theme and are only accessible to registered guests. In a small group of a maximum of 16 participants, you can relax, learn, chat, ask questions, exchange ideas, and above all, enjoy.Participants do not need to chop, cut, or stir themselves at these seminars!The passionate chefMargareta Wollinger from Walding enjoys living out her passion for cooking in a wide variety of projects. At mük, she created the dining table seminar format. During a multi-course menu, participants gain insight into the preparation and take home many tips, without having to wield a cooking spoon themselves.In her professional past, Margareta Wollinger was responsible for the home economics education of young people in a polytechnic school, and textile design, tourism, and life skills were also among her subjects. In her free time, she led the KUIWA cultural association in Walding for many years, where she is still active.
