Acrobatics for Children from Primary School Age - Aerial Silks Acrobatics for Beginners and Slightly Advanced

What's it about?

From the circus stage to the gymnasium! In this acrobatics course, children can immerse themselves in the magical world of aerial acrobats. They will experience how to create breathtaking elements in the air with their own bodies and hanging fabrics (silks) from the ceiling. The course offers a playful introduction to the correct technique. The harmonious combination of stretching and strength building supports the musculoskeletal system, strengthens the back and leg muscles, and thus helps prevent childhood postural problems in an incredibly entertaining way.
