What's it about?

This year, ASVÖ SV Losenstein is again launching its proven "WinterFit" program to prepare for the upcoming winter season. The varied training is aimed at children, teenagers, and adults and is designed to ensure a successful and, above all, accident-free winter through coordination, interval, and strength training. The popular exercise program is offered in three groups. The youngest participants, from kindergarten beginners to second grade elementary school students, train on Mondays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The second group, for children in third and fourth grade of elementary school as well as first to third grade of middle school, also meets on Mondays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. There is an important change this year for Group 3: while the training has taken place on Mondays in previous years, it will now be moved to Tuesdays. The group for teenagers from the fourth grade of middle school and adults will train starting October 13, 2026, every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. With the WinterFit offer, the winter sports team of SV Losenstein aims not only to promote physical fitness but also to strengthen the joy of movement and winter sports. The courses provide an ideal preparation for the upcoming ski and winter season and have been very popular for years. Registrations are possible from September 25 via the club's website. For insurance reasons, participation is reserved for club members. Non-members can also participate by joining the club. The SVL winter sports team looks forward to many participants and an active autumn and winter!
