What's it about?

About the artists: GARAGE, BLUESROCK | Velvet Two Stripes is a European band that is more than ready to compete with the big names in the scene and prove that young women have a keen sense for authentic blues. The trio combines garage, blues, fuzz rock, and riot grrrl attitude into a raw, independent sound. Experiencing Velvet Two Stripes live, you feel uncompromising energy and songs that go straight to the soul. The band demonstrates once again: "Stay still? Not with us!" PUNKROCK | Since 1995, the Graz-based band NUFO has stood for energetic, melodic 90s punk rock with big choruses and plenty of punch. What started as "Nuclear Fallout" in the suburbs of Graz has developed over three decades into a fixture of the Austrian punk scene. Numerous shows across Europe, a tour through Brazil, and performances with international acts like Strung Out, No Fun At All, The Exploited, and SNFU speak for themselves. With their unmistakable mix of melody, energy, and punk rock attitude, NUFO is, after all these years, mainly ready for the next round.
