But also how we can dance our way out of our fear again. How do I skillfully scratch an itchy spot that you're not allowed to scratch in public, without using my hands? How do I casually get up from the floor after I've stumbled? How many times can I get a piece of marble cake from the buffet to avoid having to talk to anyone at the networking meeting?
