Relaxation journeys with scent and sound with Claudia Brandstetter. Do you want to escape from the stress and problems of this world and take a little time out to recharge with strength and calm? Then enjoy a guided fantasy journey to imaginary places, accompanied by the meditative tones and vibrations of singing bowls and the Tam Gong. What is the goal of sound meditation? - Feeling of happiness - Deep relaxation (alpha state) - Letting go of accumulated stress, blockages, worries, and uncertainties - Reordering, harmony, balance - Activation of self-healing powers Bring along a yoga mat, a small pillow, a blanket, and a water bottle.
