Yogakurs im Meditationsraum

What's it about?

In mid-September, I plan to restart my yoga classes in the meditation room at the Seelsorgerzentrum. With the start of the school year, there will be a course with 15 sessions, lasting until around Christmas. Afterwards, there will be a second course, also about the same length, continuing until approximately the end of April. Registration is available on my homepage https://www.quixquax.at/kurse-in-lichtenberg. You can also contact me for more information by phone, WhatsApp, or email (+4366475110212, eva@quixquax.at). The classes are well suited for beginners. Dates: Wednesdays at 8:30 AM and Thursdays at 5:45 PM. Cost: 150 euros for 15 sessions of 90 minutes each. I look forward to if you want to give it a try.
