Monthly Sound Journey
What's it about?
Do you long for a moment that belongs only to you? Let yourself be guided into a soothing atmosphere – starting with a short guided meditation that gently brings you out of everyday life into the moment. Afterwards, the sound bowls unfold their vibrations, which harmonize the body, mind, and soul. The fine vibrations touch every cell, release tensions, and open the space for inner peace and regeneration. To help you reconnect with yourself, it is an invitation to meet yourself – in silence, sound, and presence. Do you feel addressed? The event takes place once a month: 📍 Location: Ottensheimer Straße 18, 4111 Walding 🗓 Date: Thursday (02/04, 03/04, 04/01, 05/06, 06/10, 07/01, 08/12, 09/02, 10/07, 11/04, 12/02) ⏰ Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM 🎟 Cost: 25 euros 🎒 Please bring: Comfortable clothing for relaxation A training or yoga mat Warm socks and possibly a light blanket and a cushion so you can make yourself comfortable No prior knowledge required!
