This is also true for the director Olga Kosanović, who, although born and raised in Austria, has not yet been able to obtain citizenship. In a comment in a daily newspaper about her case, someone writes: "If a cat gives birth to kittens in the Spanish Riding School, they are still far from being Lipizzaners." Demarcation creates a sense of identity and cohesion: a strong sense of "us." What concept of identity underlies legislation that divides society into "us" and "the others"?
