Between local peculiarities, linguistic stumbling blocks, and culinary revelations, he encounters a tender love story and a solid lesson in bureaucracy. After his football evening Das Derby, David Bösch dedicates his third stage play to pastries – and thus to a core piece of Austrian identity.
