Kunsthaus Lembach

What's it about?

In the town center, vacant spaces are transformed into lively exhibition venues, making art visible and accessible. The exhibitions are complemented by a varied program of events with music and readings, held from May to November. Simultaneously, temporary and permanent installations are created in public spaces — turning Lembach into a walkable think tank connecting history, present, and future. Participating artists include Hermann Eckerstorfer (painting, sculpture), Josef Eibl (painting, texts), Elisabeth Falkinger (installations, objects, photography), Sonja Girlinger (painting), Erwin Hochedlinger (painting), Nicole Kudla (objects), Willi Tanzer (painting, objects), Elfriede Ruprecht-Porod (ceramics, painting, objects), Wolf Ruprecht (painting), Gerhard Wöß (painting). On July 31, the opening of the exhibition marks the start of the '2er Vernissagen' with Erwin Tanzer and Willi Hochedlinger. Until November 15, the house will host exhibitions for three weeks each.
