High up in the Cathedral (Gallery Tour)

What's it about?

A guided tour through the inner gallery, the attic, and the outer gallery. Experience insights into normally inaccessible areas of Mariendom as part of this tour. From the ground floor, the path leads via "secret" spiral staircases to the inner gallery (86 steps), from which you can experience the large rose windows and painted windows up close. The view over the entire church interior from a height of approx. 14 m is an unforgettable experience. A highlight is also the path across the attic, through which the outer gallery of the cathedral is reached. Once on the outer gallery, the unique sight of the many facets of Neo-Gothic architecture and the view of the roofscape of Linz are surprising. Please note: The number of participants is limited. The meeting point for the tour is the DomCenter, located directly on Domplatz.
