Clay Work for Children Aged 6 to 14
What's it about?
Courses with Gabriele Sipöcz, painting coach and owner of the Kreativstube Zwettl. Clay is a natural material from which you can make wonderful objects. We will get to know it and try to shape small animals, egg cups, soap dishes, or door signs. There are various techniques to create these objects, such as the slab technique or the sausage technique. The shaped objects can be further decorated with a variety of tools. After the drying phase, the objects will be painted and varnished. The first session is dedicated to making the clay figures, and in the second session, these will be painted.
