In cooperation with the Haus- und Grundbesitzerverein (House and Landowners Association), this year we focus on the Mietrechtsgesetz (Rental Law Act) – with an emphasis on the changes that came into effect at the beginning of 2026. Topics include: • Value adjustment & value security • Fixed-term regulations • Recent updates for landlords & tenants Learn why a well-founded rental agreement is especially worthwhile now directly at the event.
