What's it about?
Introduction to the world of sourdough. We will bake various breads with organic grains from the Waldviertel. All participants will prepare their own sourdough for home and will be thoroughly informed about its care and use. They will weigh, knead, and shape breads, receive recipe materials, and can take the self-baked breads home. Drinks and snacks are provided. I look forward to your participation!
