Mask and truth: An evening with Paul Gulda Together with Peter Hudler and Roland Herret, Paul Gulda explores the narrow boundary between virtuosic pose and inner truth. In Gulda's characteristic questioning and unconventional interpretation, encounters occur between Beethoven's playful masquerades, Debussy's ironic Pierrot, and the existential authenticity of Auschwitz survivor Simon Laks.
