Children's Yoga
What's it about?
Movement, relaxation and lots of joy – in children's yoga, children can playfully get to know their bodies, stretch and strengthen together, and let their imagination run wild.The offer is aimed at children aged 5 to 10 and takes place every Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Gerersdorf elementary school. Period: September 18 to December 18, 2026 (excluding autumn holidays) Number of participants: 6–10 children Cost: € 90.00 per child Siblings: € 75.00 The children can expect a varied hour with movement, relaxation and creative yoga exercises – with lots of fun and joy in spending time together.
