Harz-Workshop
What's it about?
Our workshop begins with a walk through the garden of the BildungsZentrum, during which various wild plants are collected for a resin ointment and their uses are discussed. We will observe and harvest the resin from large, beautiful conifer trees, and discuss their effects and applications. Afterwards, everything will be processed. Take-home items include: wound-healing pitch ointment, cold remedy ointment with tree resin, lip balm with larch pitch, resin chewing gum, seasonal wild plants, and handouts. Date: September 25, 2026, Friday, 2 PM - 8 PM with a 30-minute break. Instructor: Judith Schreiber, certified herbal educator and author, www.gesundmitnatur.at. Fee: €103, plus €15 material costs collected by the instructor. Registration is required.
