THE FORGOTTEN SONG Where the animals know your name. A storytelling evening by and with Dania Horky in cooperation with Kultur im Schloss. A rabbit forgets its song, a wolf woman loses her true form, a bird gets caught in the storm of life, a fox discovers what it really needs, and birds bring a gift to express the voice of the heart. In folk tales, legends, and personal stories, storyteller Dania Horky traces the longing that lives in many people: the longing to find our way back to what truly makes us alive. Between the freely told stories, the warm, archaic sounds of the Slovak shepherd's flute (Fujara) resonate, giving the stories space to linger and musically connecting the evening. A poetic-musical storytelling evening for adults with folk tales and legends from North America, Scotland, Croatia, and Greece about transformation, belonging, and the art of listening to one's own rhythm again.
