ACCESS BARS® – ONE DAY FOR YOU Do you sometimes feel like your thoughts won't settle? That you keep thinking about the same things, old patterns accompany you, or you simply wish for more relaxation and ease in your life? Then Access Bars® might be something you'd like to explore. What are Access Bars® exactly? Access Bars® is a relaxation method where 32 specific points on the head are gently and mindfully touched. These points are associated with different areas of life, such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, control, creativity, and possibilities. The application takes place in a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Many people find an Access Bars® session relaxing and enjoy simply letting go and calming down. What can you expect from the Access Bars® course? You will learn about the 32 points and their assignments and find out how to give and receive an Access Bars® session. The learned techniques are practiced directly with other participants. What if you could give yourself more space for calm and relaxation? On November 21, 2026, I warmly invite you to my Access Bars® course at the Zentrum Herz-Frequenz-Feld Großraming. You will learn the Access Bars® technique and how to apply it yourself. You will receive and give Bars. If you are already working therapeutically with people, this can be an excellent complement to your practice. No prior knowledge is required—only your curiosity and willingness to try something new. On this day, you will receive your official Access Bars® Practitioner certificate, a manual, and supporting materials. Fee: € 380 (including script and snacks), € 190 for repeat participants, and children up to 15 years can attend for free!
