Time to clear your head.Shinrin-yoku (Japanese: "forest bathing") is a health prevention practice originating from Japan. It involves consciously and mindfully spending time in the forest to deeply immerse oneself in nature through all senses. The goal is to slow down, reduce stress, and strengthen the immune system. It's about mindfulness, meditation, and downshifting. You walk with me through the mountain forest, very slowly and consciously. The pure walking time is about one hour, in between we stop again and again for short meditations or mindfulness exercises that bring you to rest and completely into the moment.You don't need any prior experience or special fitness.
