What's it about?
KAMMERFUNK VIENNESSENCE With their program #ViennEssence, kammerfunk searches for answers in the concert hall, jazz club, at the Heuriger (wine tavern), and on the streets of the city. No old master escapes unscathed! In kammerfunk style, a fusion emerges between Johann and Richard Strauss for the Rosenkavalier from the South, Puccini and Lehar meet in a wine-soaked gathering and play a best-of for each other, and Haydn erupts in the graveyard turn-variation cadence. Witty and with a wink, the musicians moderate between the pieces, offering the audience some surprises and Aha moments.
