General Gymnastics

What's it about?

The Mariensee gymnastics group trains every Monday at the Sporthaus in Mariensee (exceptions possible!).The gymnastics includes a full-body workout. Gymnastic balls, swing bars, and foam rollers are used for special spinal training.Both young and old enjoy participating.The gymnastics is led by Theresia Prenner. Interested individuals are warmly welcome.
