What's it about?

Dear community members, Starting again in October, our varied circuit training will take place at the Waldegg primary school under the guidance of certified fitness and athletic trainer Manfred Ruprechter. Whether beginner or advanced – at various stations, we specifically train strength, endurance, and coordination. The training is structured so that every fitness level is optimally supported. All details about the course: Period: Every Thursday, from October 8th to December 17th, 2026 (Note: no training on October 29th during the autumn holidays) Start: 7:10 PM Location: Gymnasium of Waldegg primary school Fee: €100 for 10 sessions / single session €15 Special feature: The trial session is of course free of charge!
