Andy Lee Lang & band - American Christmas
What's it about?
Since 1993, Andy Lee Lang has delighted thousands of concert-goers with his "Rockin' Christmas" show. Now it is time to give Austria's most successful Christmas show of all time a "rejuvenation". The wheel is not being reinvented, but new tires are being put on. "American Christmas" will be a worthy successor to "Rockin' Christmas" and will include many new songs in previously unheard versions. Andy's refreshing reinterpretations of "Alltime Favourite Christmas Standards" will create a unique, lively Christmas atmosphere. The musical range of this Christmas show spans from Rock 'n' Roll to Blues, from Pop to heartfelt ballads. Also, the great American Christmas classics like "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," "Winter Wonderland," or "White Christmas" will find their place in the new show. The seven-piece band "The Spirit" ensures perfect sound, and the motto each year remains: "Santa Claus is coming to town!" Andy Lee Lang – vocals Band members: Stefan Gössinger - trumpet, Manfred Franzmeier - tenor saxophone, Bernhard Adlberger - alto saxophone, Andreas Vanura - piano, Michael Höglinger - guitar, Peter Gruber - bass, Lukas Knöfler – drums.
