Self-Defense Course for Beginners + Advanced
What's it about?
Our trainer Martin Eisschill has many years of police experience in training and deploying defense techniques. Beginners: To be able to respond decisively and effectively to unwanted situations in everyday life, you will learn to apply effective self-defense measures. During the beginner training, you can expect an extensive program: In application training, you will learn to assess situations correctly and defend yourself with proportionate means. Legal basics and targeted disarmament of unwanted attackers will give you the finishing touch. Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9 am to 5 pm Initially at the community center, later in the gymnasium of the elementary school. Cost: €95 Advanced: The goal of this training is to review the techniques from the basic course to reinforce your personal sense of security. Since self-defense often involves ground techniques, as some of you have already experienced, but unfortunately is a necessary matter, we will also review and train the necessary techniques for ground defense. Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 2 pm to 6 pm Gymnasium of VS Kreuzstetten Cost: €70 The courses are financially supported by the Healthy Community!
