They have been refined by Shaolin monks and are fundamental health exercises in Shaolin medicine. We will loosen the ligaments and tendons of the large joints, stretch the muscles and fascia, and build internal energy. All exercises are performed with maximum concentration and clarity. Attention is paid to creating harmony between movement, breathing, and mind. This makes it possible to direct Qi deep inside to the organs. The movements are coordinated with breathing, with a calm mind playing a crucial role and greatly promoting health.
