They were refined by Shaolin monks and are fundamental health exercises in Shaolin medicine. We will loosen the ligaments and tendons of the large joints, stretch the muscles and fascia, and build internal energy. All exercises will be performed with maximum concentration and clarity. Attention will be paid to creating harmony between movement, breathing, and mind. This allows Qi to be directed deeply inward, reaching the organs. The movements are coordinated with breathing, with a calm mind playing a crucial role and greatly promoting health.
