Linda Hold and Sophie Berger take a sharp, wonderfully absurd look at advertising, consumer behavior, and the everyday madness in supermarkets. With wit and self-irony, they show what really happens when lemongrass takes center stage and the weekend shopping suddenly costs more than a wellness holiday. It's a shopping cart full of questions: How does one squeeze a completely dramaturgically well-thought-out advertising message into 15 seconds? Why does the family shopping regularly turn into a relationship drama? And where the hell is Linda's podium? While the organic label still searches for its origin, 'Aktion Scharf' is a cabaret evening for everyone who has ever shopped hungry, complained about chained shopping carts, and wants to finally know what happens when the director shouts 'and action!' during a commercial shoot. The two actresses package their experiences from the last five years as advertising testimonials for a well-known supermarket chain in their first joint cabaret program.
