Der gestiefelte Kater - Kinderoper
What's it about?
Austria's children's opera specialists Oper@Tee enchant children and adults alike with this delightful operetta. No one needs to be afraid; this work is excellent for very young and shy guests. It playfully conveys important values such as courage, friendship, and solidarity, making the operetta not only entertaining but also educationally valuable. Children's operettas are a gentle introduction to the world of classical music. They combine everything that excites young children: catchy melodies, rhythmic music, child-friendly language, and fairy-tale themes. The appropriately arranged music does not overwhelm the little ears. This creates a first positive musical experience without pressure, filled with joy and wonder. Furthermore, children's operettas naturally promote important skills: listening, language development, sense of rhythm, and imagination. When a child is captivated by a story unfolding through music, it fosters a special form of attention. This provides a valuable foundation for lifelong cultural education. A magical first step into the world of classical music. Seats are assigned on-site. Every young guest is guaranteed an unobstructed view. An entertaining introduction to the work takes place before the performance. The bright and friendly KRYPTA is comfortably temperate in all seasons. Music: Josef Lanner Arrangement/Libretto: Alice Waginger Ensemble Oper@Tee Duration: 60 minutes Recommended from age 3.
