The Vienna Mozart Orchestra performs concerts in Vienna with internationally renowned singers and soloists – all in magnificent historical costumes and wigs – creating a unique atmosphere in Vienna's largest and most famous concert halls such as the Musikverein and the Staatsoper. Above all, the selection of works conveys the feeling of experiencing an authentic concert from the Baroque era. In the style of "Musical Academies", as concerts were called in Vienna during Mozart's time, the Vienna Mozart Concert features individual movements from symphonies and solo concertos, as well as overtures, arias, and duets from operas, each particularly popular and well-known pieces that delight the audience. With the performance of the most beautiful pieces of the Strauss dynasty, the Vienna Mozart Concert also fulfills the wishes of Strauss lovers, as they are treated to, among others, the world-famous waltz "On the Beautiful Blue Danube" and the "Radetzky March".
