Olala: 35th International Street Theater Festival

What's it about?

Ring free for the 35th edition of the International Street and Circus Festival Olala in Lienz! A total of 25 groups from 13 countries provide a diverse program. Due to rising costs, the festival has been made more compact without compromising on quality.For the first time, the two main focuses are separated in time: From Monday to Wednesday, circus art is the focus on the grounds of the Hochstein valley station. The French group Cirque La Compagnie presents a poetic and emotional production in the traditional circus tent.From Thursday to Saturday, the city center transforms into a stage for street art. Walking acts, interactive installations, music, clowns, and acrobats invite the audience to participate.
