Culinary indulgence evenings at the Sternalm. The Sternalm invites you to special moments of indulgence in a cozy alpine atmosphere all year round. Every Friday from 6:00 PM: Spare Ribs All You Can Eat. Look forward to tender spare ribs to your heart's content. Served with corn on the cob, baked potatoes, homemade sauces, and fresh salads from the buffet. BBQ Party at the Sternalm. From June to August, the popular BBQ party takes place every Monday from 6:00 PM. Look forward to delicious grilled specialties, sociable hours, and unique summer evenings in the mountains.
