You can reach the Kochlöffelhütte in Pöllatal in about an hour (approximately 5 km) on foot along the Bacherlebnisweg trail beside the river. Along the way, several informational panels invite you to pause, observe, listen, and discover. If you prefer not to walk, you can comfortably take the Tschu-Tschu-Bahn (gauge train) to the station "Hinteres Pöllatal" (schedule). From there, it is about 10-15 minutes or 700 meters to the Kochlöffelhütte. Once there, you will be treated to the specialties of the chef. Time: from 11:00 AM.
