What's it about?

Restaurant Stamperl at Katschberg Since December 2015, the Stamperl has been brewing its own beer at an altitude of 1,670 meters. Thanks to a new, patented brewing process that allows producing 1,000 liters per day, many thirsty hikers and skiers can be well supplied with their own creations Mountainstoff, Werwolf, and Ackergaul. The ingredients malt, hops, and yeast are exclusively from Austria, and the water comes directly from Katschberg — making the taste unique in Austria. If you want to witness the fascinating process of beer brewing yourself, you can take a guided tour of the brewery led by the young brewmaster himself. Tastings are of course included!
