Restaurant Stamperl on KatschbergSince December 2015, Stamperl has been brewing its own beer at 1,670 m above sea level.Thanks to a new, patented brewing process that allows 1,000 liters to be produced per day, the many thirsty hikers and skiers can be perfectly supplied with their own creations Mountainstoff, Werwolf and Ackergaul.The ingredients malt, hops and yeast come exclusively from Austria and the water directly from Katschberg - which makes the taste unique in Austria.If you want to marvel at the highly interesting process of brewing beer yourself, then let the young brewmaster personally guide you through the brewery.
