They touch, shape, protect, demand, and tell stories – often quieter than words, but no less compelling. In the exhibition "Traces of Touch... the Language of Hands," artists of the Kunstraum Obervellach dedicate themselves to this universal symbol of human experience. The works make visible what touch leaves behind: traces of closeness and distance, of work and tenderness, of memory, loss, and connection. Hands appear as active force, as sensitive tools, or as silent witnesses of lived relationships.
