What's it about?

Qigong with Sieghard Preis for personal well-being. Focus on the 18 harmonious exercises (Taiji Qigong Shibashi) and small Daoist advanced exercises, with the intention to practice the 'Cloud Hands' (Tjuk Tan San). Participation fee per session: €15; in a block of ten sessions: €120 (only attended sessions are charged). From September 28, 2026, to December 14, 2026, Mondays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the practice room of Dr. Berghild Hauke (Ponaustr. 9a).
