The mountains of Carinthia are unmatched - especially the Kreuzeck Group. With their magnificent peaks and countless lakes, they invite you to linger and enjoy the panorama. Join our guides and discover the best viewpoints, the quietest spots, as well as the most beautiful mountain flowers and herbs. Your camera or phone should always be with you. The 'Drautalzug' with its impressive limestone peaks south of the Drau River also invites you to hike. Hidden fossils, unique flowers and forests, as well as deep gorges that suddenly appear and enchant you, alternate. Green water and waterfalls are waiting to be discovered. A delight for all the senses! Meeting point/start: 7:30 AM (by arrangement and depending on the hiking destination) Duration: 6-8 hours, day hike, sure-footedness required Children: from 12 years old Equipment: mountain shoes, rain gear, snack and drink, warm clothing, possibly change of clothes for the summit Cost: €70 per person. Family discounts available. Meeting point: 7:30 AM at the municipal office in Berg im Drautal (or by arrangement) Opening hours: every Friday from mid-May to early November at 7:30 AM Suitable for: children from 12 years old
