Seasonal Sweets from the Master - Seasonal products transform into a sweet masterpiece With our head chef and master confectioner Franziskus, you will take seasonal fruits and local grains and conjure up a delightful sweet dish. With many small tips and tricks, amateur cooks can learn how to enjoy summer fruits even in winter, how to perfectly showcase lesser-known fruit varieties, and how a perfect dessert for a nice evening is no longer an obstacle.
