Baking Bread at Wanderniki
What's it about?
For over 50 years, Wanderniki has been baking bread that is popular well beyond the valley borders. This art of bread baking in the Lesachtal has now been recognized as part of the intangible UNESCO World Heritage. Using fine natural sourdough, quality flour and water, and with selected spices, bread is baked together according to Grandma Rosa's recipes... The bread and recipe are available to take home.
