Baking Bread at Wanderniki
What's it about?
For over 50 years, Wanderniki has been baking bread that is popular well beyond the valley borders. This art of bread baking is now part of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage. Using fine natural sourdough, quality flour and water, and with selected spices, bread is baked together according to Grandma Rosa's recipes. The bread along with the recipe is available to take home.
