Hiking Tour on the Heilklimatischer Wanderweg

What's it about?

Together with hiking guide Andrea, we will hike the newly established Heilklimatischer Wanderweg in Niedergail. The tour will be scientifically accompanied by physician Dr. Georg Lexer. The tour leads through the Niedegailer Valley up to the Niedergailer Alm. The cultural landscape of the Lesachtal, shaped over centuries, has a health-promoting effect both physically and mentally. Dr. Georg Lexer will report on the scientific findings on the topics of Dr. Alm, Dr. Wiese, Dr. Wasser, Dr. Wald during the hike on the Heilklimatischer Wanderweg.
