Julia Cencig & a cappella Formation 4ME
What's it about?
'Walking in a Winter Wonderland', 'Es wird schon glei dumpa', 'All I want for Christmas is you', 'Weihnachten is niama weit', 'Down in Bethlehem', well-known pop and rock songs and much more! Julia Cencig & a cappella formation '4ME' Christmas cheerful to cloudy Julia Cencig recitation Lukas Joham tenor Manuel Schwandt tenor Mathias Rosenberger bass Stephan Scheifinger bass A festive Advent evening that combines literature and music in a special way: Julia Cencig reads selected poems and short stories around Christmas — touching, humorous, reflective. Her texts span from Elke Heidenreich and Luise Rinser to Christine Nöstlinger and Eckart von Hirschhausen. Sometimes warm-hearted, sometimes cheerful, sometimes quiet — always with the human closeness that makes this time so special. She is musically accompanied by the a cappella formation '4ME', one of Austria's most exciting vocal ensembles. The quartet gained recognition with their participation in the 'Große Chance der Chöre 2016' and has been touring successfully through Austria and Germany since then. With their modern and traditional Christmas songs in several languages, high vocal artistry, and a good dose of humor, the four singers create an atmosphere that touches and excites. The Advent season is approaching — and with it the joy of sharing special moments. This evening invites listening, smiling, pausing, and empathizing. An pre-Christmas experience that warms both heart and ear.
