What's it about?

On August 27, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, a Repair Café will take place at the premises of the Familienglück association in Althofen. Defective small electrical appliances can be brought in and repaired together with experienced helpers — free of charge, provided that the repair is reasonably possible. In addition to the actual repair, coffee and cake will also be offered, making the afternoon a cozy community experience. The Repair Café stands for a conscious use of resources: instead of throwing away functional items, they are brought back to life with simple means. A great opportunity to strengthen the local community in Althofen and at the same time make an active contribution to sustainability and waste prevention.
