Lecture and Stammtisch for family caregivers: "Experiencing Nature with All Senses" – a practical approach. At the caregiver's Stammtisch on October 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the community office library, the focus is on consciously experiencing nature. Together, participants will explore how seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling, and tasting can be intentionally used to promote well-being and joy of life in caregiving. Afterwards, the senior project "Querkopf im Zentrum" will be introduced by Mr. Stefan Bergner, BA. The caregiver's Stammtisch offers a cozy atmosphere for exchange, meeting, and valuable impulses for family caregivers and those caring for others.
