Yes, and ... – Unleash creativity with improvisation techniques Improvisation is not a Plan B. Rather, it is the ability to deal productively with uncertainty. In this workshop, improvisation is not understood as a stage technique, but as a tool for creative thinking, collaborative action, and spontaneous decision-making. Playful, direct, and without prior knowledge. The session will be led by Oliver Som, Professor of Innovation and Technology Management at MCI, who also performs as a musician specializing in jazz, electronics, and improvisation. A workshop on openness, reaction – and why new ideas often emerge precisely where no finished plan exists.
