Creative Freedom in Companies: Is it Possible?
What's it about?
Intensive practical workshop with the transformation experts from Empatic. Many organizations are looking for new ideas, innovative approaches, and fresh perspectives. In everyday life, however, exactly what is needed for creativity is often missing: space, trust, and the willingness to think differently. This workshop addresses precisely this – not theoretically, but based on concrete challenges from the participants' professional everyday lives. After a brief impulse on the role of creativity as a future competence, we will jointly develop approaches that can be implemented in everyday work – not as a concept, but as practice.
