Pörtschach Writing Walk

What's it about?

The writing group meets monthly at the book box on Landspitz, led by Gabriele Hadl. The writing group meets regularly at the book box on Landspitz - every second Sunday of the month at 2:00 PM ("2 um 2"). The focus is on a creative play with words, inspired by nature along one of Pörtschach's most popular walking paths and by the books available for exchange in the box. Initiator Veronika R. (artist name) developed the "5-Word-Challenge" for this, which quickly shows results even for those new to writing. Experienced authors like Heidi Reiter also regularly participate to gather new inspiration. "You are always surprised by what comes to mind. It's simply fun to try something new and exchange ideas with others," says Veronika R. New participants are always welcome. Participation is free, and materials are provided.
