Connect to the Moon invites you to find peace, let go, and consciously connect with the power of the full moon. Gentle Yin Yoga positions, meditation, and mindful lingering create space for relaxation, new clarity, and inner strength. The full moon stands for abundance, clarity, and transformation. The session supports you in strengthening your inner stability, letting go of burdens, and realigning yourself. An extended final meditation completes the experience.
